PT. Multiguna International Persada was established in 2002, formerly named PT. Multiguna Exprestama based in Surabaya and started its business in general cargo forwarding.
In 2003 we opened our office in Jakarta and were registered in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights under the new name PT. Multiguna International Persada.
We expand our business from handling general cargo and start developing our strength and expertise in providing service in handling refrigerated cargo and other Reefer Logistics services.
In 2006 we opened our branch in Bitung (Northern Sulawesi) and following opened our branch in Semarang (Middle Java) in 2009 to covers the demand for reefer and general cargo business. As a result from 2003 to 2009, we had a very big business growth mostly from perishable cargoes.
In 2010 again we spread our wings even wider by developing Project Cargo Division with the initial project transported OOG cargo for WIKA Algiers Highway Project and until this recent time, this division keeps growing by handle many more projects both inside Indonesia territory and overseas.
Following the growth in our business, in 2012 we established a branch in Makassar (Southern Sulawesi), and in 2015 we have a branch in Medan (Northern Sumatera).
Until 2020 we are growing with 9 branches and representative offices all around Indonesia’s most strategic cities and we run a complete package of cargo transport, logistics, and supply chain powered with our dedicated and trusted manpower to provide reliable services for warehousing, depot yard, trucking fleet, and also consolidated cargo service.
